Purpose (PI) - Our fraternal purpose is academic achievement, professional enhancement, and the passionate pursuit of excellence. We are determined to encourage and motivate each member to uplift their brothers; while striving to better themselves in the classroom, workplace, and life in general.

Change (Delta) - This represents what we are about. We believe that change is a necessary facet needed to be effective, competitive, as well as marketable. The Delta represents a new direction, a changed mindset, and new determination to move forward in society. Change is a vital artery that keeps the blood pumping through the heart of our brotherhood.

Growth (Gamma) – Growth represents our transition from local to National; our maturation into manhood; our enhanced spirituality through the Word of God; and our ability to be leaders among men. We are dedicated to the growth of our membership, families, and communities.
